Property Description:
The Pine House is a cozy Old Tahoe cottage with plenty of charm - and a red front door.
After walking through the picket fence you enter the main level of the house which consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom and one bedroom (with a double bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one with Queen and one with 2 Singles).
The brick fireplace, knotty pine walls and fun "Tahoe" decor combine to make this little cottage a lovely vacation home-away-from-home. A hot tub sits on the deck outside.
The private (gated)Tahoe Park homeowners beach,pier and park area is a few blocks away. The cottage is close to great restaurants (Sunnyside resort and restaurant and Firesign Cafe are a couple of blocks away). Located about 1 mile from Tahoe City. Golfing, hiking, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking - all of Tahoe winter and summer activites are close by.
