This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath sleeps 4-6. It's the perfect ski vacation condo as it is located directly across from the free shuttle to Beaver Creek. You can easily put on your ski or snowboard boots in the living room and walk to the Beaver Creek shuttle without battling the traffic and without paying Beaver Creek prices. The free shuttle from the parking lots is just a few short minutes (under 5!) to the new Beaver Creek Landing lift. For the more adventurous, you could walk a short, but uphill, distance to the Beaver Creek Landing chairlift. This fantastic location is so great, there is no need to drive anywhere for shopping, dining & recreation.
The condo has been entirely remodeled with new doors, trim and paint. There are granite tile countertops in the fully functional kitchen. Also, there is a cozy dining area and comfortable living room. Each bathroom has brand new tile & fixtures. The main bathroom has a bath tub. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with cable TV and private bath with shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed. In the living room, the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. As an added bonus, the rooms back up to the Eagle River with world class fly fishing right out the door.
Besides easy access to Beaver Creek Resort, the Town of Avon provides additional amenities such as an ice skating lake, recreation center, public library, grocery store, cafes, dining & shopping.
