Welcome to Granby Ranch, a new development in the heart of Grand County, the mountain biking capital of the world! We are nestled in the Rocky Mountains about a 2-hour drive west of Denver International Airport and 15 minutes from Winter Park, CO.
Granby Ranch has so much to offer whether it's spring, summer, fall or winter. You can enjoy golfing at the Nicklaus-designed 18-hole Headwaters Golf Course (+ 3 more in the area), skiing at the family-friendly SolVista Ski Resort or world-class Winter Park Ski Resort, fishing on the Fraser River, mountain biking on 600+ miles of trails, exploring and hiking Rocky Mountain National Park or Arapaho National Forest, boating on Lake Granby, Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake not to mention cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, horseback riding, dog-sledding, snowshoeing, hot-sulphur springs, and more!
Our brand new condo in the beautiful Rocky Mountains is conveniently located on the first floor just a few steps away from parking (a huge plus when you have children and luggage). We also have a storage locker for ski equipment or golf clubs. It's ideal for one large family (like ours) or two families wanting to share. We can accomodate 9-12 people.
The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and attached master bathroom. (2 people)
The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and TV with DVD player. (2 people)
The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed plus an inflatable full-sized mattress and TV perfect for the kids. (5 kids)
We have a very comfortable (Pottery Barn) queen-sized sofabed in the living room with a large TV and DVD/CD player. (2 people)
In addition, we have an extra twin-sized inflatable mattress that can be placed in any of the rooms. (1 kid)
Our kitchen has everything you need from a pancake griddle to a turkey roaster. And feel free to use our stock of spices and condiments. There's a new City Market Grocery Store & Starbucks 2 min. drive |
