Property Description:
Our town home has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and is completely ready to move in and relax! We have everything that one would need-sheets, towels, dishes, etc. It is our vacation home so it is stocked for us and our guests.
We have A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee pot, full kitchen & wireless internet hook-up.
Molasses Reef Marina is located in our complex.
Our complex is great for families with children of all ages.
Some of the benefits of being in a condo community are that you are not STUCK together all the time. There is so much space to spread out. We have a large chickee complete with lights and ceiling fans many families have dinner there or play cards etc. We have a children’s playground, tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, salt water swimming lagoon that goes up and down with the tide, a beach (which is rare in the Keys), a jetty that everyone meets at sunset to watch the sun go down, and the Marina. Plus we are right off molasses reef so it is great fishing.
The rate of $1,500 is for a week without a holiday or lobster season (those weeks would be higher). $1,000 security deposit is required, that is refunded when the home is returned without any damage. There is also a $125 cleaning fee that will be deducted from the security deposit. Extra photos will be in a separate e-mail.
