Property Description:
The South Seas Club is a gated community overlooking Tigertail Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a beautiful pool, tennis courts, boat docks, and fitness center. Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that is clean and contemporary with a tropical feel. The living room is spacious and comfortable and includes an entertainment center with flat screen cable TV/DVD as well as queen sofa sleeper. Master bedroom has Gulf view with king sized bed as well as cable TV. Guest bedroom has queen sized bed with island view. The kitchen is modern and complete and there is a seperate dining area for six. There are also laundry facilities on each floor. The views from the lani are spectacular, especially the sunsets. Off Season rates (Easter - Dec 15) are $750/WK + TX. Peak Season rates (Dec 15 - Easter) $1500/WK + TX. Also $20/Stay parking fee. I pay opening, administration, and cleaning fees. Minimum stay 1 week (usually a Saturday to a Saturday). Sorry, No Smoking - No Pets. Don't settle for "Across the Street From The Beach" or "One Block Away." TREAT YOURSELF TO THE BEST!
