Property Description:
Terrific 3 family oceanside vacation home in cul-de-sac of this quiet neighborhood. Beach for residence only...no public beach..no thru traffic! Great location, only 2 blocks back from beach access and 2 houses away from large fresh-water lake (home to many turtles, bass and carp). Poolside speakers hooked-up to stereo system in lower queen master so you can listen to a ball game while watching the kids play in the pool. A second Full-sized refrigerator on ground floor for drinks and grilling food! Double charcoal grilling area w/prep table to hold all you need to prepare a feast for 15 all at once! Most rental homes only give you 1 park grill to cook for your whole family...we've added the second grill so everyone can enjoy a hot steak TOGETHER!
One master w/private bathroom on each floor. 2 kid rooms share 1 bathroom. Each kids room has VCR plus: PS1 and foosball table in small room and PS2, karaoke machine and trundle in the larger room.
Beach chairs, boogie boards, 8.5 bikes (5 w/helmets), tennis rackets and beach cart all included.
House has 2 cribs, 2 pak-n-plays(1 w/canopy for poolside use), 2 hi-chairs and childrens plastic plates and cups!
