Our home is located in Venture Out - a five star resort. We are on the open water and have access directly to the Atlantic and to the Gulf for sport fishing. The resort has tennis, basketball, bocce, olympic swimming pool, kidde pool, hot tub etc. House is fully equipped with linens, pots, pans, appliances -washer/dryer/dishwasher. The 40' seawall has a swim ladder and if bringing a boat there are cleats and bumpers. 2 boat ramp launches and gas pump. |
