Property Description:
The house is a Neo-Gothic Victorian, built in 1850, beautifully renovated in 2006, and on the National Register of Historic Places. It is located on Main Street in South Londonderry. There are 3 very large rooms downstairs, plus a half bath, and the entry/mud room. The kitchen, living room, and family rooms are each approximately 18’ by 25’.
For an annual lease, the rent is $1,500 per month, payable on the 25th of the previous month. The first
month’s rent and security deposit of $2000 are due on execution of the lease. For a Winter seasonal, the
rent is $12,000, payable in advance, along with the security deposit.
We require a security deposit and the first month’s rent prior to occupancy. There are currently
tenants in the home, but it will be available for occupancy at the beginning of November.
Home garbage pickup and driveway plowing are optional at your expense, but can be easily arranged. |
