Property Description:
Affordable lodging in a quiet and private atmosphere. Just 15 minutes from Fairbanks or 8 minutes from North Pole. We have two beautifully decorated, very clean guest rooms. We only rent to one group or family at a time and for a maximum stay of 2 weeks. The rooms include the exclusive use of the spacious Great hall/Throne Room.
$50/night or $150/week
The Duchess Suite:
This spacious and beautiful room has a full-size bed and a twin bunk and can accomodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. 2 adults at regular rate, extra person $25/night or $75/week.

The Countess Suite:
This smaller room can be rented in conjunction with the Duchess suite. It can accomodate 2 adults or 2 children on the full-size hide-a-bed.
Great Hall/Throne Room:
Very spacious library/entertainment/dining area. This room has a television with VHS/DVD players and surround sound and a large library of VHS movies and DVD's for use by guests at no additional charge. There are numerous books in the library for use while our guests stay with us as well. Free wireless internet is also available for use with your own laptop. This large room also includes a dining table, microwave, and coffee maker (with a wonderful Kona coffee). The guest area has a full-sized refrigerator stocked with continental breakfast items including fresh fruits, pastries, bottled juices, bottled water, cereals... (weekly rate includes 3 days of breakfast items per person).
For larger groups or families, the Great Hall also has a futon that can accomodate up to 2 adults or children for an additional $25/night or $75/week.
The Courtyard has a beautiful gazebo and pond with picnic table and barbecue grill. Some days the pond has wild ducks and geese and the occasional visiting moose.
All our rooms are NON-Smoking rooms. No pets. |
