It is designed for multi family enjoyment, with all master suites, plus a large gameroom with a full size pool table, a sleep sofa, a kitchenette with full refrigerator, wet bar, MW; an entertainment center with TV/VCR, CD player, Nintendo. Gameroom has private full bath. A convenient half bath is located outside on the deck to the pool. Swimming pool is 14 x 28 concrete and enjoys sun most of the day, full afternoon sun. A large hot tub for seven is located on the pool deck. Enjoy the large screened porch and porch swing overlooking the pool area. And of course, you are just a very short walk over to the ocean beach. Upper level has a large great room/kitchen area with TWO large family style dining tables. Home sleeps 22. There are two king suites, three queen suites, two "kids" rooms each with two sets of bunkbeds. Plus the gameroom with sleep sofa. King suites also have an additional single bed, one is permanent, one is a rollaway. Plenty of off street parking. Two outside showers and fish cleaning station with cold water. Park style BBQ grill.
