Property Description:
There's still time to enjoy the beach & few crowds.
Great Location, Relaxing, Comfortable, and Clean! Enjoy our Villa across the street from the beautiful South Forest Beach. Depending on fast you walk, you can be on the beach in 3 to 5 minutes.
Our two bedroom, 2 bath unit is perfect for 2-4 people, but will accommodate 2 more on the queen sleeper sofa.
Second floor unit - the building has interior elevator or stairs.
Master Bedroom has a super comfortable KING bed, cable TV, and private bath with walk-in shower. There's a computer desk for your laptop, but DIAL-UP internet access only.
Second bedroom has 2 TWIN beds and cable TV. Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms.
There's a second full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have a door that separates the tub/toliet from the sink--makes it great for 2 people getting ready for dinner at the same time.
Kitchen equipped with appliances including microwave and dishwasher.
Coin laundry on each floor. Pool and two tennis courts--free to guests.
All furniture was purchased NEW in 2004. We maintain our unit for your enjoyment. Sorry, absolutely NO PETS and NON-SMOKING!
Must charge 11% SC sales tax to advertised rates. We pay the cleaning fee for all FULL week rentals. Five day or less rentals, may incur cleaning and/or booking fees.
Although we are the owners, we prefer our island rental company to process your reservation. A credit card is required for security deposit. (Your credit card # remains confidential with the rental company!)
Summer Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Minimum 5 day rental for summer months. Off season weeks somewhat flexible.
Retirees, think about spending a winter month here--mild temps!
