Property Description:
It is time to start planning for Christmas, New Years and the Skiing season! This cabin is 5 miles from Northstar and near Sqaw, Alpine, Diamond Peak, Mount Rose and a host of other ski areas!!!
This cabin has the most extensive remodel we have ever done:
New roof, decks, driveway, doors, windows...
New natural stone tiles, granite slabs, hardwood, and plush carpet...
New lighting, bathrooms, hot tub, stone based fireplace....
New Kitchen, dishes, pots, fridge, stove, dishwasher...
New furniture, linens, towels,
oh, it has one old thing... a Golden Tee arcade game
We own a cabin in Kingswood Estates, North Lake Tahoe near Northstar. We remodeled it with luxury in mind, going pretty high end on most everything we did. It is currently available for several dates (an availability calender link is provided below), we are very pleased with the feed back we have gotten from our guests so far.
A 4 bedroom, 2 bath Tahoe Cabin with 1,600 square feet of living area. The cabin will sleep 8 to 12 people but is great for two families.
The private residence is situated with a great deal of space between you and the cabin below you. That gives you a wonderful eagles nest view including filtered views of Lake Tahoe (the deck also features a propane BBQ)
Rent is $285 per night this winter ($50 per night extra on other holiday weekends), $150 cleaning fee and a security deposit is required. There is a two night minimum.
We are putting together special early bird fall weekly and monthly rates. Email us for the special rates!
