Property Description:
Welcome to "Paradise on the Beach" Unit 1005, where you will enjoy a relaxing and stress free vacation. You can sit on the large balcony in the morning and drink your morning coffee and watch the dolphins in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as see the seagulls and the pelicans fly along our beautiful, white sandy beaches. You will also enjoy the most amazing sunrises from the comfort of your own private balcony. Our unit sleeps 6/8 people; it is a 2BD/2BA unit, including a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, with a large lighted closet & a makeup area, and a connecting bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest room has two double beds, with a large closet and its own connecting bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. There is a dining room, kitchen breakfast area and a snack bar with a view of the gulf. The living room has two chairs, the dining room table seats six, there are 2 seats in the breakfast area in the kitchen, and a snack bar that seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the linens are supplied. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has its own flat screen tv with a dvd player. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.
Each room has a large sliding glass door that opens onto a nice sized balcony/patio, which has patio furniture for your use, overlooking the Gulf. The unit also has wireless internet.
Surfside Resort has inside air conditioned hall corridors and outside covered parking. On the first floor of the building there is a fitness room. Also on the first floor is the restaurant Rick's Crab Trap, as well as a massage therapist. You will find a Tiki Bar out by the pool, which serves food and drinks, weather permitting. Or there is a picnic area with charcoal barbecue grills for your use. Outside is the tennis and basketball courts, a large heated swimming pool, a kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs, as well as a sauna.
