Property Description:
This is my timeshare that I need to rent out rate is $85 week night/$125 weekend min. of 2 nights required.
Resort is a Ocean View one bedroom with a queen size bed with a connecting glass slider door to walk out onto your own private balcony overlooking the resort grounds and beach with a breathtaking view. Enjoy a cocktail while sitting on your balcony and watch the dolphins swim or take in a romantic sunset while walking right on the beach. Full bath with a whirlpool bath. Living room (Queen size sofa sleeper in living room) Accommodates up to 4 people, a long with a dinette area for eating. Full kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher coffee maker and comes complete with all the cook ware and dishes. As a guest of The SeaGlass Resort you will have full access to all of the resorts amenities such as their indoor/outdoor heated pools and hot tub!

Resort requires that the Primary Guest be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license. There are NO ADDITIONAL FEE OR TAXES to be paid at the resort, but you have to provide a credit card and post a $50 refundable deposit.
