Small cozy quaint knotty pine cottage for weekly rental at 34 Central Ave., Peaks Island starting immediately. It comes with 2 bedrooms upstairs (one queen size bed and the other has 2 twins), tiny full bathroom, full size kitchen, dining room, living room with queensize bed couch and wrap around porch with bed. 700.00 weekly plus 300.00 deposit. Negotiable week starts with check-in 4pm Sunday and leave by Saturday at 10am. This cottage has a small bed on the porch as well as the other beds and can comfortably sleep seven. This place is for rent w/washer/dryer. It is in a great central location on Peaks Island, a 5 minute walk from all of the commodities on Peaks (beach, ferry, swimming, kayaking, food, music)! Come see the beautiful Maine fall foliage and breathtaking ocean views. No crowds of tourists but lots of peace and quiet this time of year. Listen to the fog horn and take long walks along this rocky coast with some sandy beaches too!! Eat authentic Maine dinners (lobsters, clams, fish some of the very best!) in our restaurants and pubs. Ideal for bicycling and hiking. A short 20 min ferry ride to intown Portland activities too. Reserve your week now for the 2009 Spring/Summer season!!
