Property Description:
Don't like motels, or high priced resorts. Like a family, neighborhood environment with lots of outside space? This is unique, never having more than 15 persons on premise. Centrally located, and reasonably priced. 5 minutes by auto to historic downtown Charleston and 5 minutes by auto to friendly folly beach. Pets welcome with $50 fee.
KING Bed, and extra cot upon request, Maximum 3 adults. Best for couple or 2 adults with children 12 or under. This unit is a larger Studio with sleeping quarters in living room. Feels bigger due to private back deck. Private does not mean you may not see someone else on the property, it means you are the only one who uses that deck. Also access to other outdoor covered and uncovered areas.
Need more room? On same property we have a studio for two and a duplex flat for a maximum of 6.
