Our home in the Indiana Dunes is just a short walk (2 blocks) to Lake Michigan. Located in Beverly Shores, Indiana.
Comfortable dune living in this 4 bedroom (capable of sleeping up to 12), 2 1/2 bath home, with a large screen porch and huge wrap around deck. Plus: a private study (with fold out couch), an artist studio (with sleeper sofa), New fully equipped kitchen (KitchenAid stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, cookware). Tree house with slide and swing.
Other amenities include: Central air conditioning, wood burning fireplace (and plenty of wood), television, DVD player, WiFi internet access w/computer, washer and dryer and gas BarBQ. All at your disposal. Bedding and towels are also included.
A short stroll brings you to the beach/lake where you can enjoy the day. Hiking and biking trails (National Lakeshore / Indiana Dunes State Park) are all close by. For the bargain hunter Michigan City Lighthouse Factory Outlet is just a short drive.
Beverly Shores is just an hour away (by car or commuter train) from downtown Chicago.
Rate: We charge $2,000 week in summer or $3,500 for two weeks April 15 - October 15.
In the Winter our rates are $1,200 per week or or $900 per week for 2 or more weeks. |
