Nestled on the shores of Lake Iroquois our 3 BR (can sleep up to 8) Lake House has everything you’re looking for in a vacation rental. Only steps to the lake you will find a dock, a raft, and some excellent bass fishing. Two kayaks included in rental and a 14ft row boat. The house was built in 2007 and boasts hardwood floors, skylights, vaulted ceiling, spectacular views, stainless steel appliances, tiled shower, pool table, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, 2 decks with gas grill, walking trial along lake, AC in two of the bedrooms, fire pit for roasting marsh mellows and singing camp songs around. Just incase you should need to connect with the office the house is equipped with high speed internet, no computer on site so bring your laptop if you want.
Lake Iroquois is located only 10 min from Interstate 89, 25 min from Stowe and many other mountains, and only 20 min to Burlington where you’ll find all the shopping and restaurants you can handle.
Avalable Week starting August 24th 31st, September 7th and 14th. Some fall foliage and ski weekends available please inquire about specific weeks. Weeks run sunday at 3pm to sunday at 11am.
