Welcome to your very own, completely private, Craftsman style home. If you are looking for a conveniently located property in the Asheville area my home is it. Look no further! It’s just 3 minutes away from The Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village and about 5 minutes from downtown Asheville. Only 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway that takes you to Mount Mitchell, (highest point east of the Mississippi River) Mount Pisgah, NC Arboretum or just enjoy some of the most beautiful scenic driving in the US. My home is located at the end of a short, quite and dead end street with lots of trees.
The home is ideal for four people. But there is a futon for extra family and friends. The 2 bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds. The kitchen and bathroom were completely remodeled in 2007 and the kitchen is well-equipped for gourmet cooking if that is your pleasure. Super Wal-Mart and a local grocery store are less than 4 minutes away for groceries and other necessities. If eating out is more favorable to you there are countless national chain restaurants plus local quaint café’s and bistros within minutes from the home.
There are mixes of old and new with several antique pieces scattered throughout the house. The home is very clean, cozy, charming, organized and comfortable. I want you to feel like it is your "home away from home". It is ideal for weekend or weeklong vacations, or temporary lodging while house hunting or job relocating.
If you enjoy the outdoors, my home is conveniently located to countless outdoor activities from white water rafting, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, horse back riding, to golfing and fishing just to name a few.
