Property Description:
2Yr. New Luxury House, Beach, Boating, Fishing, Fire Pit,Sand Pit .. This Is a 2 yr new house very spacious, clean, modern. Can sleep 20 but not looking to rent to that many. Very Child friendly, w/ games, videos, bunk beds and neighboring kids. Paddle boat available but can also bring your own canoe, Kayaks, or even the inflatble boats will work great. Walk 30 secs to a private beach area or spend the day at weirs beach a 2 min drive up the road. House is located in between Governors Island and Weirs Beach. Fishing Scenic trails, Drive in, water slides, go Karts, arcades, mini golf are all about 3-5 mins away. Sit by the water and enjoy the water and mountain views. Fire pit outside the house to enjoy roasting marshmellos and conversation. Blueberry and Strawberry Picking in the area, so much to do....
Now taking Reservations. (Will consider a 5 day week rental from Monday -Friday for a reduced rate)
Available for race week in Loudon for June and September
