Property Description:
This 1 bedroom unit is THE PLACE TO BE. It is a direct waterfront property with incredible views of the Lake. It is an amazing
price and value considering you are directly on the water.
You will enjoy viewing the sunsets from the 24 foot screened porch and the huge picture windows. The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room has a futon. Our unit sleeps 2-3 comfortably. The furnishings are cozy, clean, and comfortable. But the most important consideration is the soft inviting sand at the beach which will replenish your energies.
This is a great spot for floating, swimming, or lounging under a magnificent pine or in the full sun. Lots of picnic tables are waiting for you to arrive at this little piece of heaven. We are located in the midst of all the area's attractions, but you will find that here at the water's edge, you have a peaceful and tranquil setting.
During July and August our weekly rental rate is only $750 plus the 8% NH rooms tax. During September and October our weekly rental is only $525 plus the 8% NH rooms tax. Security Deposit Required. Sorry no pets can be accommodated.
