Two minutes from Camelbeach Waterpark / Camelback Ski Resort. Come and enjoy the convenience of being one of the closest developments to the entrance of the above attraction!
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, the Master Bedroom and the 2nd Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has the sliding doors going onto the deck overlooking Camelback Ski Slopes! Fantastic view! On the deck are two adirondack chairs! Our Master Bedroom has a lighted ceiling fan with remote control. Perfect for extra breezes in the summer months! From our master bedroom you can go into a full sized bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom has two twin beds and has a mounted TV with DVD/VCR player.
On the main floor is the 3rd Bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a mounted TV with a DVD/VCR player. We have a full sized bathroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want, including a mounted microwave. The family room has cathedral ceilings with a lighted ceiling fan and remote control. There is a love seat and a sofa bed with a Queen Sleeper. Our wood burning fireplace is perfect for the winter nights (firewood provided)! There is a separate work desk for your laptop. There is a printer, for your convenience (bring paper). Our dining room seats 8 people comfortably. From our dining room you go onto our full sized deck overlooking the spectacular Camelback Ski Slopes! Our townhouse has THREE decks facing the same slopes!
Downstairs, in the basement, is the 4th bedroom with a Queen sized bed. There is another family room with 2 loveseats and 1 Sofa Bed (Queen Sized bed). There are sliding doors going out onto the THIRD deck with the same spectacular view of the slopes. All three levels have speakers outside! If you enjoy your music you will have a great time. There is a 3rd full bathroom downstairs.
