Property Description: 4 Year Old luxury townhome with breathtaking ocean views on beautiful Topsail Island, nestled right behind the beach dunes, and about 1 1/2 miles from the center of Surf City. A private walkway with Gazebo provides access to the beach.
We are new owners for 2008 and have lovingly redecorated and outfitted this townhome for a comfortable and relaxing vacation in a gorgeous and casual North Carolina beach setting.
First level has two bedrooms, one with King bed and one with 2 Twins, both with private baths and a family room with a comfy queen sleep sofa (brand new and the comfiest we could find.)
Upper level has a Queen Bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. Both levels have oceanfront decks with furniture.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops. TVs in all bedrooms, plus living room on upper floor and in game room/sitting room on lower level which also has a Playstation 2. Other amenities include game table with chess, checkers and backgammon. Many DVDs, VHS movies, books and PlayStation games. Extensive Book of local menus and other attractions for your reference, along with area guidebooks and even books about the Carolina beach and local seashells.
Parking for two cars under unit. Outdoor enclosed hot and cold shower to get the sand off.
