Come stay at our newly renovated villa. There is nothing like staying in a place that has so many new amenities. The cleanliness alone will make you feel comfortable. Downstairs we added another loveseat with a DVD/VCR player and a 19" flat screen TV (all new!). If the kids are watching something in the living room you can stay on the same floor and watch something else in the other room, off the kitchen. Very few villas has this extra TV/Study room. We also added GameCube with Games in this room!
Downstairs, along with the above additional room, enjoy our beautifully decorated and new furniture in our living room. Our Sleeper Sofa has a Queen size bed. Relax and fall asleep in our oversized comfy recliner! Relax to the sound of the Stereo with the 6 CD changer player or watch TV on a big set which has a DVD player. You may never want to leave this great comfy chair. Along with everything in our living room enjoy a lighted ceiling fan with remote control. For those of us that enjoy a little extra breeze on hotter days. The kitchen is fully stocked and has many new amenities. There is a half bathroom which has been renovated and updated.
Moving upstairs, enjoy the added room of a king sized bed in the master bedroom with, again, another lighted ceiling fan with remote control (Ladies! This comes in very handy for me. The remote stays right by my nightstand. LOL). The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a TV with a VCR player. The master bathroom has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, with a 19" Flat Screen TV and DVD/VCR player. There is a full sized washer and dryer upstairs. Also, the 2nd bathroom upstairs has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror.
