Gorgeous new 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the community of Aviana. Featuring a large living room with 47" flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD player. Separate dining area with seating for six people and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a breakfast nook with seating for 4 people. The first master bedroom has king size bed and flat screen TV with cable and ensuite bathroom featuring a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. The second master bedroom features a queen size bed, 19 inch TV with cable and ensuite bathroom with bath-tub and shower. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed and the fourth and fifth bedrooms have two twin beds and TV in each, and both have a Mickey Mouse theme. The pool and spa area is fully screened to keep out the bugs and backs onto a lake for pleasant view and additional privacy.Sleeps up to 10 people.
Also included are towels & linens, pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishware, silverware, iron & ironing board, hair dryer ,radio alarm clocks, high chair, stroller, pack-n-play, bedrail, baby monitor, selection of DVDs, children's books and games for your convenience.
