Property Description:
FANTASTIC AND FUN! Each bedroom in this brand new property has its own full bathroom, deck and lots of closet space. Additionally, there are decks off both the living and kitchen areas. PLUS, A DECK ON THE ROOF to enjoy the views!
This is a 3 level condo providing parking for 3+ vehicles per side. We are willing to rent to families with 8 adults and additional children under age 18 for $50/week per extra child if you want to bring a crib or air mattress. However, it is limited to 10 adults per side. Our staff will be checking occupancy numbers - just to keep everyone on the up and up :)
If you have older family members (or really young) there is a wonderful elevator to make access to all 3 levels effortless. Plus there is a central vacuum, washer & dryer for your convienance.
At this time we do NOT allow pets or smoking on the property anywhere. Carolina beach is posted as NO DOGS, just so you know. It is a fantastic beach which is NOT over populated. There are shells and waves nice enough to surf and play in. The sand is incredibly soft and white.
There is good availability to chartered boats and fishing within walking distance. Restaurants and shopping abound between the island (Carolina Beach) and Wilmington. We enjoyed Big Daddy's, Jassamine (Thai and Sushi), Carrabba's Itallian Grill and even a late night run to The Waffle House on a week night when we worked late furnishing the condo just for you!
