Property Description:
This home sits just down the road from the ski slopes of Wintergreen Resort. The top two floors, with separate entrance makeup the rental, the lower floor is a full-time occupied long term rental, of which the owner of the home uses.
The home has a 26 LCD television with Satellite feed and DVD player in main living area, WiFi- high speed internet connection, an 8-person hot-tub, large deck, panoramic mountain views in the winter months. It consists of a master bedroom on the top floor with a masterbathroom. The bathroom has a dual vanity, large 2 person jacuzzi tub, and separate oversized shower. The master suite comes equipped with a table(desk), 12-inch television with Satellite feed, also has a separate loft with elliptical machine, bowflex, and stationary bike. The main level has an additional 2-bedrooms, fully equipped laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, full bathroom, kitchen, dining nook, and tile entry way and living room with a wood-burning stone fireplace. The home has hardwood, laminate, tile, and ceramic flooring. The kitchen is equipped with an lp gas stove for the weekend chef. Many spices already provided by the homeowner. The home also has vaulted ceilings.
The furniture is new and leather, this is a newly built home finished in February of 2006. Oh and there is a treadmill in main living area which can come operational or permanently off. The house's water supply is filtered. |
