It is a 1 bedroom (convertible), 1 bath condo with a full kitchen (refrigerator/oven/microwave). There is a KING size bed in the bedroom area and there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is a new sofa, recliner and glass dining room set with matching tropical upholstery. There are 8 ft sliding glass doors that lead to an 80 SF balcony with GULF VIEWS as can be seen in the main photo. There is a lagoon between the condo complex and the beach. You can either walk through the lagoon or walk a little further around it. The condo complex is across the street from an Executive golf course, a marina and Santini Plaza that has several restaurants and stores. For 25 cents, you can catch a trolley right across the street that will take you up and down the beach. The complex has 4 Hartru tennis courts, BBQs, sunning areas, 10 acres of lawns and a HEATED POOL. There is a one time (not per week) $75.00 cleaning fee for 1 - 3 weeks. There is no cleaning fee added for 4 weeks or more. |
