See the Gulf view, as seen in the first photo, from the balcony of your 5th floor condo at Estero Beach & Tennis Club - Gulf side at the southern (quieter) end of Fort Myers Beach. It is a 1 bedroom (convertible), 1 bath condo with a full kitchen with a brand new dishwasher, refrigerator (with ice maker), oven and microwave. There is a KING size bed in the bedroom area and there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is a new sofa, recliner and glass dining room set with matching tropical upholstery. There are 8 ft sliding glass doors that lead to an 80 SF balcony with GULF VIEWS as can be seen in the main photo. There is a lagoon between the condo complex and the beach. You can either walk through the lagoon (see the last photo for reference) or walk a little further around it. The condo complex is across the street from an Executive golf course, the Fish Tale Marina and Santini Plaza that has several restaurants & stores. For 50 cents, you can catch a trolley right across the street that will take you up and down the beach. The complex has 4 Hartru tennis courts, BBQs, sunning areas, 10 acres of lawns and a HEATED POOL. There is a one time (not per week) $70.00 cleaning fee for 1 - 3 weeks. There is no cleaning fee for 4 weeks or more. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ CANCELLATION POLICY. A cancellation fee of $100 applies to every cancellation. A refund (less the $100) is given if the cancellation is 60 days or more. If the cancellation is within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date, a refund, or partial refund, (less the $100) will be given only if the condo is rented (or partially rented) by someone else. |
