This spacious 4 level townhouse with all the comforts of home features a great room with a cozy wood burning stove, air conditioner, TV, VCR, DVD player and games. The dining area has seating for 8 next to a full kitchen and a ½ bath all on the same floor. The outdoor deck overlooking the beautiful mountain area includes a gas grill and patio chairs. There are multiple bedrooms to accommodate up to 14 people. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and a ceiling fan. Below the main level are 2 bedrooms (1st has 2 sets of bunks, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, desk, TV, ceiling fan), washer/dryer, and full bathroom also on this level. The lower level has a slider door with access to the parking lot and 2 rooms (1st has 2 queen beds and ceiling fan behind french doors, 2nd with futon couch). The futon couch area also has a TV, DVD and foosball table. Linens are included.
The Clubhouse has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), indoor basketball and weight room.
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE THIS UNIT, SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT and YOU MUST BE RESIDING IN THE HOME DURING THE PERIOD OF THE LEASE. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25. At least one guest must be 25 years of age and be residing on premises during the rental period.
