The complex offers a heated pool, basketball court, tennis courts and fish cleaning station.
The rate is $89.00 per night + tax with a two night minimum stay. The weekly rate is $500.00 per week + tax. The rate is for up to 4 people. Additional guests require an additional charge. There is a 30' boat dock right in front of the unit that is available for an extra $10.00 per day. There is a 20% security deposit. Guests are responsible cleaning of the unit upon departure.
