Weekly rental will run Saturday @ 2 pm through the following Saturday @ 11 am. 1/2 of the rental due now and the remainder is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit (refundable after inspection upon your departure) is $250 or $500 with a pet. Off-season rates also available and shorter rental periods may be available. A lease will be drawn up for each rental.
