Property Description:
Enjoy a luxury vacation in this beautiful third row home. This Hilton Head home has lots of living space and is located on the beach path. As you enter the home, the first master bedroom with a King bed, TV and sliding doors to the patio overlooking the pool area is on the left. This bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity and soaking tub with shower.
The living room is nicely furnished with two sofas, a chair with ottoman and a TV. A half bathroom is located in the hall off the living room. The spacious family room is furnished with a couch, two chairs TV and VCR – off this room is an eat-in table with six chairs – doors from the family room lead to the back deck and pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the family room area and has a breakfast bar with three stools. The private dining area is furnished with a table and eight chairs. The second master bedroom is located off the family room. This room is furnished with a King bed, TV and doors to the pool area. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.
Eight steps up off the kitchen area is the third bedroom – furnished with a King-swing bed, TV and private bathroom. Eight more steps up from this room are the fourth and fifth bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has two Twin beds, TV and private bathroom. The fifth bedroom has two Double beds, TV and private bathroom.
Your group will enjoy the spacious grassy backyard featuring a private pool, gas grill and path to the Palmetto Dunes beach. |
