Property Description:
Privately owned, premium and deluxe studios available at Prospector Square Lodge.
The studios are located on the free bus route, a short ride to Park City Mountain, The Canyons and Deer Valley resorts, Park City Main St, etc. Also possible to walk, and ride along the scenic rail trail to Park City Main St. A minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.
Premium studios (see photos)
Each premium studio is completely renovated with new fixtures, furniture, décor, and has two queen beds, cable TV and DVD, dining table and chairs, fully fitted hardwood and granite kitchen area (full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc). Air con/heat.
Beautiful hand-tiled vanity with hair dryer, iron etc, and tiled bathroom, with tub, shower and vanity. Balcony with views, chairs to sit out on.
Deluxe studios
Each deluxe studio is nicely decorated, and comfortable, with two new queen beds, dining table and chairs, cable TV and DVD, a small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, small refrigerator, etc. Bathroom with vanity, tub and shower. Balcony with views, chairs to sit out on.
On site:- A hot tub and swimming pool for guests’ use. Picnic area. Free parking. Guests can get a 10% discounted daily rate to the Silver Mountain Spa, with a lap / recreation pool and waterslide, full gym facilities, spa, etc.

As private owners we can offer some great deals to you. Please ask for discounts for off-season stays. Special rates for Sundance and other high season dates. Rates below are for general ski season.
Premium units $135 a night + a one-time $20 administration fee. This price includes tax, and no other charges apply. See photos.
Deluxe units $115 a night + a one-time $20 administration fee. This price includes tax, and no other charges apply.
