16 steps lead 3rd level of this spectacular home. At the top of the stairs is a large open area with hardwood floors. This fabulous area has a pool table, free standing bar, and a backgammon table. Another living area has large floor to ceiling windows that offer sweeping ocean views. Here you will find a wide screen TV, VCR, and DVD. The kitchen is open to the living area and features double ovens, smooth top range, double door refrigerator, butcher block island, and granite countertops.
