Walking distance to the beach, and just a few minutes from Pirate's Cove, Bass River, ferries in Hyannis, beaches and bike trails. Non smoking house which sleeps 8 ppl., has outdoor grill, bicycles, beach chairs, dvd player, cable tv, coffee maker, full kitchen, etc. All you would need to bring is linens, pillows and towels!
