Property Description:
We have a beautiful two bedroom (one master w/ AC and one bedroom with full size bed) house available for flexible renting plan. Furnishing and bathroom are new, primarily Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn and Jordan's. The home is approximately 3 miles from the Town Center and 1 mile from Vineyard Ferry. Parking can accommodate four cars/SUV'S or boat/trailer.
We can rent from Friday to Sunday (two weekends, one week) for any time period. We are asking $1400 for the ten days and open to different start and finish days. If needed for one week, the price is $1000. This will include access and rights to use Jenkins Pond. All beaches are within two (the Heights) and five miles (North Falmouth)- close to winery, movie theatres, golf and Mashpee. The home is set on 1/3 acre with fully enclosed outdoor h/c shower/spa, deck and grill. Additional pictures available upon request (too large to post all).
