Property Description:
Brand New layout including new kitchen in April '06! Wow! A/C (window unit, one BR)! 5 bedrooms of fun! There are two full bathrooms.
Enjoy the gameroom in the basement, with foosball, ping pong, Cable TV & DVD. This is great for the kids either in the evenings, or on the occastional rainy day.
The main livingroom also has cable tv with DVD and a bookcase full of fun summer books. There is a gas grill - perfect for cooking under the stars!
Hardwood floors, tile and berber carpet. Only a mile to Menahaunt Beach, or 1/2 mile to a general store or to pick up a pizza or sub! Also close by (short drive) is the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, several 18 hole golf courses, other beaches, outlet shopping, Woods Hole, and more!
WiFi is only available from June to Labor Day.
The Owner Says ..."this is a great house for families or groups of friends! Enjoy the gameroom, we certainly do! And the new kitchen really opens things up, it is a perfect "Cape" kitchen, with beadboard cabinets!"
