All the outdoor furniture, BBQ-grill, outdoor shower, W/D, 'frige, stove, etc are all newer. Cable TV with DVD in any of the three living rooms. VCR on main floor only.
Pool is available ONLY from mid May to late Sept, weather permitting. Hi speed internet available from June to Labor Day.
The Owner Says ..."You will love this house! Also available by the weekend after Labor Day or before mid June! Ms Pac Man video game currently works, if it breaks no guarantee I can fix it quickly."
