Property Description:
One of the finest Falmouth Cape Cod vacation homes with a pool. An in-town location. AC in 3 of the bedrooms. Walk to Falmouth Cape Cod Village, if you can get away from the pool, WiFi, and gameroom. This place has it all. Steps to the Shining Sea Bike Path.
You will love the private, well landscaped yard. The large patio overlooks the kidney shaped pool. The bedrooms (3 of 4) are hardwood floors.
The partially finished basement has a couch & loveseat, as well as cable TV/DVD, so kids (or adults!) can go downstairs to watch a show or movie, while others enjoy themselves upstairs.
The location is perfect. You can walk to Falmouth Village, where you can enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars that make our Main Street one of the best in all of New England.
Bonus room in basement (2 twin beds) has no windows & low ceilings, and should not be considered a primary bedroom but is fine for overflow guests.
Ping Pong table in the garage.
The Owner Says ..."The location is perfect, the house is extremely comfortable and larger than it looks... and the pool is awesome! Plus, the beach is just 1 mile away." WiFi from late June to early September. "
