It is adjacent to beautiful public community park with exercise trail, beach, basketball courts, tennis courts, skate/skateboard area, large pool with diving boards and a lighthouse. Just a few minutes drive or bike ride from the world famous Tiki Bar, restaurants shops and convenience stores. Great restaurants include Islamorada Fish Company and Bentley’s. EBC is only four miles from a major chain grocery store and pharmacy as well as quality hospital. It is approximately a one and a half hour drive from Miami Int. Airport.

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, as well as ½ a bath downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bead with a walk in closet. There is also an outdoor balcony. The second bedroom is a large room with a queen size bed, two twin size beds and a closet. Both rooms are fully furnished. |
